Jin Shin Jyutsu, described as the Art Of Healing, is a Japanese based hands-on modality, comprising a series of 'flows' designed to improve circulation, organ function and harmonize the body, leading to a more balanced body, mind and soul.  JSJ can be done remotely too. 

 

Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) studies the flow of energy through the body, connecting:

HOLD YOUR THUMB

Holding your thumb for a period of 3-5 minutes when you feel anxious, depressed, over thinking, stressed, tired, or worried, will soothe your body and mind.  This finger hold reminds us to be present.  It encourages you to 'lift your thoughts' out of the past.

Fun Fact: Babies have been self-soothing all along; they instinctively know how to calm themselves down, alleviating stress and worry.
